Yoga instruction for students with multiple sclerosis

Patients with multiple sclerosis can hope to benefit from regular yoga practice to me. Fatigue, pain, numbness, weakness and lack of coordination, fever sufferers of multiple sclerosis (MS). Yoga can alleviate these symptoms with regular exercise, and students to find their bodies once again.

Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis
