Why am Yoga
Most people do yoga to be flexible and durable. Some do it to be in shape, some do it to remove the rigid body or easy. Some do it as a springboard "to change his life for the better.
My story: I stumbled on hatha yoga done in a gym at the college, many years ago. It 'was in mid 1970.
The yoga session consisted of half a position now known, and I tried to bend, move and manage, as instructed. I think it was a bit 'strange, but I liked it.

Since these organic radiated joy was that of mine. I felt like I was in my body to the ground, my body was established on the earth, and my mind was the altitude. All this from my yoga class started. I understood that through this experience, my whole being wastold me that resonates with the practice of yoga. I knew my yoga practice to honor the privacy of me and I would maintain, as I traveled around the world.
My experience yoga supply: I have rarely seen such an intense experience like that again. However, there have been thousands of experiments further support in past years, the day on strengthening the continuity of my practice. I am lifting my practiceat the same time almost every day, or if I can fit that in general, as half-hour session, five days a week.
What are the advantages and experiences that I (and others) have in common?
Physics: I can better manage the pressure of my daily work, or my responsibility to others. I only have extra energy or clarity or that I have bursts of energy throughout the day and find after work, I need to rest. My body feels lighter (easier) and when I exert myself or bend, IFeels the difference. Perhaps others perceive me in a favorable light as well.
Mental Health: I have more energy, so I think more energy. Sometimes during a session, when I have a problem or question Mull, a change that is happening and the answer will be displayed. At times during the day seems to be the answer that would otherwise be. I see the relationship between first seemingly unrelated events and ideas. By sinking the attitudes, triggers the stress of the day. It is always a transition from active life inthe rest of the day. Or waking up early today.
Emotional: I feel stronger, relaxed and find that developing my feelings are very positive. It's easier to get in touch and my friends and the community. Perhaps at some point during the day I had an experience that I have never seen elsewhere, and connect with the uniqueness of a human being, or having an experience of clarity or gratitude.
Spiritual / Energy: Sometimes there are moments when I feel a great depthin me.
