I found this DVD an excellent resource for keeping my body healthy and my mind and spirit clear and open during my pregnancy. There are three different variations that you can follow, which is very helpful for me since I can change even day to day depending on how much energy I have.

Even six months post-partum I still love to use this DVD. The sequences are easy enough to follow (especially if you already have a background in yoga, but I would say they would be doable for a beginner as well) but have enough variation so that they are still engaging. Again the variations have been great while I've been regaining my stregnth after birth.

I purchased just the Vinyasa Short Forms DVD and the option of choosing 15 or 30 or 45 minute workouts has been great. I started with the 15 minute routine and worked my way up from there. Also very helpful are the labor poses that were demonstrated. This Vinyasa Yoga has definitely helped with my back pain and I was glad to have some kind of safe exercise program I could do while pregnant. Jennifer Wolfe also explains the modifications for the 3 different trimesters, so you can practice this form of Yoga from your 1st month to your 9th month of pregnancy or anywhere in between.

I purchased several DVDs while pregnant with my son. Being a very active and fit person, I found most prenatal yoga workouts too easy and boring. I loved these videos and did the yoga every morning for the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy. I moved and no longer had access to prenatal yoga classes, so the videos saved me.
